Landscape: Activity 5

This picture is an example of depth of field because the bar on the left is in focus and then that makes your eye move to the truck and then the trees in the background. Depth of field is important so that the viewer eyes naturally move to the back of picture to see the whole composition. 

Landscape: Activity 4 Blog

This picture is closed landscape because you are seeing most of the tree and the trees behind it but since the pictures are close up to the camera you're eyes don't move to the back.
















This picture is open landscape because there are things close to the camera and things further away from the camera that are in focus and that you can look at. Like the tree on the right, the rocks in the water and even the mountain in the far back.

Landscape: Activity 2

This photographer is using leading lines making the illusion that you're going down the road. This could be a metaphor for just to keep moving forward and life moves on.

This picture looks like its trying to just show the path but you could use it as metaphor that you can either take the path or you can go off track and be
adventurous.

This picture is an example of art because they clearly tried to get good composition and changed it from color to black and white. I think the black and white part makes it look more depressing and darker since its a picture of a cemetery.
